1.      What is dry cleaning?

2.      How do I know which of my garments can be dry cleaned?

Our dry cleaning professionals clean each garment according to its individual care label.

3.      Should I attempt stain removal at home?

No!!!  Some home remedies can place your garment at risk for effective stain removal and can cause fabric damage.  Help us help you by pointing out the stains along with the identity of the stain and how long it has been on the garment.

4.      Can you guarantee a stain will be removed?

Because there are so many factors involved with the stains and the garments, no dry cleaner can or should offer an absolute guarantee.  However, at 24/7, we believe we can remove stains better and safer than any other dry cleaners.  That we do guarantee. 

5.      Do you preserve wedding gowns?

Yes.  Our wedding gown preservation specialist carefully examines your gown to determine the most suitable method of cleaning.  Throughout this process, your gown will be carefully inspected over and over.  We keep your gown looking as perfect as it did when you walked down the aisle.  Our sealed packaging allows you to view your gown and veil at any time, while protecting it from mold, mildew, insect damage and oxidation.

6.      How do your prices compare?

Our prices compare favorably to most upscale dry cleaning establishments, and we feel that because of our extensive experience and service that we offer the best value and quality of any cleaners anywhere.

7.      How does your drop box work?

Simply ask one of our employees for one of our express bags (no charge).  It will be fitted with a custom tag for you.  Then all you do is fill it and drop it through the slot any time after hours, and it will be automatically processed and ready the next business day.

8.      Will dry cleaning shrink my clothes?

The dry cleaning process will not shrink your clothes.  Our Frisco dry cleaning facility uses the most advanced, programmable, dry cleaning machines available in the world today.  They are carefully designed for different garment types. 

9.      Does dry cleaning shorten a garment’s life?

No, in many cases it can actually extend the garments life by removing harmful soils and stains.

10.  Is it ok to leave my clothes in the plastic?

The plastic (or poly) that covers your dry cleaning when you pick it up, is necessary for the protection of your clothes while at the cleaners and during transportation home.  Do not store your clothes in these bags, remove it when you get home.  Return it to us and we will recycle it for you.
